  5/17/2019 Great day in this Starbucks today!
  The store is very clean. Music is happy.
  Crews are friendly and helpful! Great crew really makes great store experience for customers.
  I have to say the food and drinks in all Starbucks are taste similar (it's like when you're in a new city you don't know where to get coffee, you look for Starbucks! 95% you won't disappoint!) the only difference between stores is their crews!
  
  This Starbucks is still my favorite place to get my coffee and drinks these days.
  
  4/10/2019 update review -
  From 2015 till today I have come to this Starbucks for my daily Joe :) this Starbucks is one of few places I visit regularly.
  As usual, I got my tall Pike; and of course I changed my mind and wanted a Old Fashion donut(yum...). After ringing the donut from my Starbucks card, Beth realized the store had ran out of the item. Thanks to Beth, I was compensated with a warmed-up chocolate croissant! This is what customer service should be like! Go Beth!
  What Beth did reminded me the previous team in 2017 to early 2018, which everyone was genuinely nice and friendly, and willing to do their power best to help customers to get their drinks they wa

  I love how well the barista made my violet drink w/ 2% milk and 1 packet of Splenda. I have been to this location few times it's usually very busy but today was bit a slow thankfully no waiting around. They have a nice seating area but sometimes its dirty as people leave their trash behind at times (well it was a little dirty every time I went around midday) Oh don't even worry about parking as it's abundant. Never did I have an issue with their drinks they are always good. Customer service is excellent as the employees are always very respectful.

  Employee was extremely unfriendly and rude. I asked a simple question and his response was "I already told you " rolled his eyes and looked away. It's hard to believe that Starbuck's would allow this type of unfriendly attitude and rude comments. I saw customers after me and there was not "hi how are you? Or "next guest" just an attitude and a look as if you should just make up your mind quickly so I can get back to doing absolutely nothing. Worst Starbucks I've ever been to and I travel and frequent Starbucks every day. Starbucks, monitor your employees at this location, not the first time I've experienced jerks as employees there.

  Out of all the Starbucks, this one is my favorite. It's quiet during the evenings, WiFi is fast, they sometimes forget your orders but a quick reminder helps you get what you need without worry. Staff is helpful and friendly. The new seating (since it's been renovated is ok, but there is a lot of space and plenty of outlets to plug in your favorite device while you relax and chill next to a hot cup of tea/coffee/ hot chocolate or whatever you like. Parking in the shopping area is free (try to move it every 3 hours to avoid being towed during peak hours). It's just a great Starbucks in the area of Great Neck Plaza. - June 15, 2019
